During the main firework season (October – December) firework deliveries are dispatched everyday (except weekends). For this reason, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 days.
Out of season, we dispatch firework deliveries once a week (usually Monday or Tuesday) so your order will be received by the end of the week. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we receive them, but from time to time, there may be a slight delay. We will email a confirmation when your order is being processed.
If your delivery cannot be completed due to nobody being there to sign for it (or only individuals under the age of 18 being present), the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to rearrange the delivery. Please ensure that someone is there to sign for the order(s) as you will be charged for each delivery attempted.
For the following postcodes, we reserve the right to charge an additional £25 to £30 surcharge for your delivery. Where possible, we will absorb these extra costs ourselves, but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed for every order.
